If your pistol uses a traditional rear sight dovetail instead of the factory CZ Optics Ready cut, you will need the appropriate EGW dovetail red dot mount instead of this adapter plate.

Holosun EPS & EPS Carry Compatibility

This mount is compatible with both the full-size Holosun EPS and the compact Holosun EPS Carry. This gives shooters who prefer an enclosed emitter red dot the ability to use the EPS family directly with this mounting plate.

DeltaPoint Pro Footprint Compatibility

In addition to Holosun K and Shield RMSc-pattern optics, this plate also accepts optics utilizing the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro mounting footprint. This multi-footprint design gives you substantially more flexibility when choosing an optic for your CZ.

Installation & Fitment

This plate is designed to install into the factory CZ Optics Ready slide cut after removing the factory cover plate or existing optic plate.

1. Verify that the firearm is completely unloaded.
2. Remove the factory optic cover plate or existing optic mounting plate.
3. Clean the slide mounting surface and threaded holes to remove oil, debris, and old thread-locking compound.
4. Place the EGW adapter plate into the factory Optics Ready cut and verify that it sits completely flat.
5. Install the appropriate plate mounting screws.
6. Place the red dot onto the EGW plate and confirm that the optic sits completely flat.
7. Use the correct optic mounting screws for your specific red dot.
8. Apply blue thread-locking compound when recommended.
9. Tighten all screws according to the appropriate EGW or optic manufacturer's torque specifications.
10. Verify that the plate and optic are secure before firing the pistol.

Important: Always verify screw length and thread engagement before applying final torque. Screw requirements can vary between optic manufacturers and individual optic models.

Iron Sight & Co-Witness Note

This mounting configuration does not retain a rear iron sight on the adapter plate. Because there is no rear sight incorporated into the plate, a traditional front-and-rear iron sight co-witness is not available with this setup.

Does this fit the CZ P-10 C Optics Ready?
Yes. This plate fits the P-10 C, P-10 F, and P-10 S factory Optics Ready models.

Will it fit a standard Shadow 2 that is not Optics Ready?
No. This plate requires the factory CZ Optics Ready slide cut. A standard Shadow 2 with a traditional rear sight dovetail requires a different mounting solution.

Will this fit the Holosun 407K and 507K?
Yes. Both Holosun K Series optics are compatible with this plate.

Will this fit the Holosun EPS?
Yes. Both the full-size Holosun EPS and the EPS Carry are compatible with this plate.

Will this fit the Vortex Defender Series?
Yes. The plate supports the Vortex Defender Series. The Defender XL requires the screws supplied by Vortex.

Will this fit the original Vortex Venom?
No. The original Vortex Venom open-emitter optic uses the Docter footprint. This plate is compatible with the Vortex Venom Enclosed Red Dot.

Will this fit a Leupold DeltaPoint Pro?
Yes. This is a multi-footprint plate and includes compatibility with DeltaPoint Pro-pattern optics.

Can I co-witness the factory iron sights?
This plate does not incorporate a rear iron sight, so a traditional front-and-rear iron sight co-witness is not available with this configuration.

Does this plate require fitting?
Due to manufacturing tolerances between firearms and optics, minor fitment may be required.
