Get the most out of your budget-friendly tack driver with the EGW Picatinny Rail for the Remington 783. While the 783 is known for its accuracy out of the box, the factory two-piece bases can limit your optic choices. This one-piece rail provides a continuous mounting platform, allowing you to mount any scope or red dot with proper eye relief.

Machined from domestic 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum, this rail is lightweight and rigid. The center channel reduces weight without sacrificing durability. The cross slots run the full length of the mount, giving you the flexibility to position your scope rings exactly where you need them—perfect for accommodating scopes with varying tube lengths on a short action receiver.

Remington 783 FAQ

Will this fit the Remington 700?

No. The Remington 783 uses a completely different hole spacing and receiver contour than the Model 700. This rail is specific to the 783 Short Action.

Will this fit the 783 Long Action?

No. The Long Action (for calibers like .30-06 and 7mm Mag) has a longer receiver, so the mounting holes are further apart. You need our 783 Long Action rail for those calibers.

Why choose 0 MOA?

For most hunting and general target shooting (0-600 yards), 0 MOA is the correct choice. It keeps your scope optically centered for easy zeroing at 100 yards.
