The mount is well made and I highly recommend it's use. I had to slightly file for an improved fit on my Les Baer .45 and it sit beautifully and solid as a rock.

This red dot mount was extremely well made. Also, this product fullfills a much needed solution for those who want to use Red Dots but cercumvent custom milling of their existing slide.

It was great to find a RMR plate for my Colt Series 80 IV Gold Cup National Match since I did not want to modify this fine piece. The Colt Bomar style rear sight came out without issues using a sight press, and yes, it did remove from right to left; opposite the norm. The EGW plate was a very tight fit and required filing until it finally fit into the dovetail. Once there, fitting a Holosun was easy and had no clearance issues. Works great, and I can put the OEM sights back on when I want to restore to factory.

Excellent final product for my new Colt Gold Cup Trophy. Gun smith had to charge more due to the amount of fitting required but in the end it all worked out great. At 7 yards I was shooting +2” groups with open sights. Now sub 1” groups. Yes my 62 yr old eyes are to blame

The mount fits and functions as advertised. The mount fit tightly in a Bo-Mar sight cut on my wife's Limited gun that was put together 20-plus years ago by a local gunsmith. A Viridian RFX-35 with an RMR footprint fit and works perfectly. It's worthwhile to watch the EGW video on how to install the mount.

This worked perfectly for my Springfield TRP

Used this mount on a SAR K12 Sport, and had to do some modifications to get it to fit!!! The dovetail was correct, but the flat on the rear of the slide and the raised area between the dovetail and the rear notch was higher than the front flat!!! I am sure it was just the weapon, but sure took a while to contour the mount to fit!!!

Solid piece! Tapped it in...tight fit, works great. Used it on a 2011 40 s&w with a minor power factor load. Held up fine. Recommend for sure.
