Can I charge my phone while heating?

No. To protect the battery, the heating function is disabled while you are charging an external device. Once your device is topped up, unplug it to resume heating.

Does it remember my last setting?

Yes. The Thaw 10K features "Memory Recall." When you turn it back on, it automatically returns to the last heat setting you used.

Is it waterproof?

It is IPX4 Weather Resistant. It can withstand light rain, snow, and splashes, but should not be submerged in water.
