This spring plug is made to fit with our 1/4" guide rod.

EGW's long nose spring plugs are made to be used with any of our Thick Flange, Melt, or Carry Bevel bushings.

Our bushings are thicker than normal bushings, thus needing a longer nose spring plug in order for the face of your pistol to sit flush.

This is for aesthetics only; using your old spring plug will not affect the functionality of your gun.

Machined from solid steel our spring plugs will fit any government or commander model 1911's.
