Does not fit: Trijicon RMR/SRO, Holosun 407C/507C, Vortex Venom (open emitter), Vortex Viper or Burris FastFire optics.

Shop American-made EGW optic plates for the Shield RMS and RMSc, Holosun K Series, Holosun EPS and EPS Carry, Leupold DeltaPoint Pro and other compatible compact red dots.

EGW plates in this category use a purpose-built multi-footprint mounting interface. This allows specifically listed plates to support several related optic patterns without stacking an additional adapter plate between the optic and mount. Because the footprints are not all identical, always verify your exact firearm and optic on the individual product page.

Shield RMSc, Holosun K & DeltaPoint Pro Compatibility Guide

This EGW category combines several compact red dot mounting patterns into purpose-built plate designs. Shield RMSc, Holosun K and DeltaPoint Pro footprints are not inherently identical. Compatibility comes from the geometry of the individual EGW plate, so verify that your exact optic is listed on the product page before ordering.

How to Choose the Correct Compact Optic Mount

1

Choose your firearm

Match the firearm manufacturer, model and exact slide configuration shown in the product title and description.

2

Identify the mounting system

Determine whether your pistol uses a rear-sight dovetail mount or a plate designed for a factory optic-ready slide.

3

Verify the exact optic

Confirm the complete optic model. Similar names do not always indicate the same footprint, such as Holosun 507K versus 507C.

Purpose-Built Multi-Footprint EGW Plates

EGW engineers the mounting holes and recoil-lug geometry of these plates to support the specific compact optics listed on each product page. This provides a secure mounting interface without relying on a loose-fitting universal plate.

EGW optic mounts are precision machined in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Most plates in this category are manufactured from durable 7075 aluminum unless the individual product page states otherwise.

  • Machined for the specified firearm and supported optic interfaces
  • Hardcoat anodized on applicable aluminum models
  • Designed to mount listed optics without an additional stacking adapter plate
  • Supported by EGW's lifetime service commitment

Rear-sight dovetail mounts are press-fit components. Minor fitment may be required, and a proper sight pusher is recommended. Always follow the instructions and hardware information supplied with the specific mount.

RMSc, Holosun K & DeltaPoint Pro FAQs

Do Holosun EPS and EPS Carry optics work with these plates?

Yes. Holosun EPS and EPS Carry optics work with compatible EGW RMSc/DeltaPoint Pro plates in this category. Confirm that your exact optic is listed on the individual mount page.

What is the difference between Holosun K and C Series optics?

Holosun 407K and 507K are compact optics supported by compatible plates in this category. The larger 407C, 507C, 508T and 507Comp use the Trijicon RMR footprint.

Are RMSc, Holosun K and DeltaPoint Pro the same footprint?

No. They have differences in their mounting dimensions and recoil-lug arrangements. EGW plates in this category use specific multi-footprint geometry to support the optics identified on each product page.

Which plate does the Vortex Venom use?

The Vortex Venom Enclosed works with compatible plates in this category where listed. The Vortex Venom (open emitter) uses a Docter footprint mount.

Can I switch between optics using the same EGW plate?

If both exact optic models are listed as compatible on the same product page, the plate supports both. Use the correct hardware for the optic and confirm zero after changing sights.

Does every mount include the same screws?

No. Hardware varies according to the firearm, slide, plate and optic. Check the individual product page for included hardware and installation information.

Will a dovetail mount require slide milling?

A compatible dovetail mount replaces the rear sight and normally does not require permanent optic milling. Dovetail dimensions can vary, so minor fitment may be required.

Do I need to modify a Holosun 407K or 507K?

Compatible EGW plates in this category are machined to accept the listed Holosun K Series optics without requiring you to alter the optic. Confirm the individual plate listing before installation.

Still Not Sure Which Footprint You Need?
