While a universal optic plate might seem like a compromise, ours is an upgrade. By CNC machining the recoil posts to a specific tolerance, we eliminated the need for "shim plates" or plastic adapters.

Every EGW optic plate is CNC machined from ultra-strong 7075 T6 billet aluminum in our Pennsylvania facility. We choose 7075 aluminum for its superior strength and rigidity, ensuring maximum durability under the harshest recoil.

  • Type III Hardcoat Anodizing: Delivers a rugged, non-reflective matte black finish that protects against corrosion and wear.
  • Torque Specs: We recommend tightening the screws to 15 in/lbs and using a small amount of Blue Loctite.
Common Fitment Questions

How can this fit both Leupold and Shield/Holosun?
We engineered the mounting holes and recoil lugs to work with the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint and the Shield/Holosun K footprint simultaneously. You can switch between these optics using the same reliable EGW mount.

Do I need to modify my Holosun 507k to fit?
No. Standard RMSc mounts often require you to file down the rear lugs to fit a Holosun 507k. We did that work for you. Our posts are pre-machined to the correct height, so your Holosun 407k/507k/EPS will mount directly out of the box.

Will this fit the new Sig Romeo X?
Yes. The Sig Romeo X Compact uses the Shield RMSc footprint, which is fully compatible with this mount.
