Upgrade your Henry H001 with one of the most versatile red dot mounting solutions available. This precision-machined EGW sight mount replaces your factory rear sight and allows you to mount a wide variety of modern micro red dots without permanently modifying your rifle.

Designed to install into the factory 3/8" dovetail, this mount provides a low-profile, secure mounting solution for optics utilizing the Holosun K, Shield RMSc, and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprints. This means it also supports popular optics such as the Holosun EPS, Holosun EPS Carry, and Vortex Defender CCW and Defender ST.

Every mount is CNC machined in-house from premium 7075 aluminum, hardcoat anodized for long-lasting durability, and proudly manufactured in the USA.

Installation

Remove the factory rear sight from the dovetail and install the EGW mount from left to right (with the muzzle facing forward). The dovetail features a progressive taper for a secure installation. Minor fitting may be required depending on your firearm's individual dovetail dimensions.

  1. Remove the factory rear sight.
  2. Install the EGW mount into the dovetail.
  3. Tighten the set screw if applicable.
  4. Install your optic using the supplied mounting screws.
  5. Apply Blue Loctite to mounting screws.
  6. Torque optic screws to the optic manufacturer's recommended specification.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this require drilling or tapping my rifle?
No. This mount replaces the factory rear sight and installs directly into the existing 3/8" dovetail.

Will this fit Holosun EPS optics?
Yes. The Holosun EPS and EPS Carry utilize the Holosun K footprint and are fully compatible with this mount.

Will this fit the Vortex Defender?
Yes. This mount is compatible with both the Vortex Defender CCW and Defender ST.

Will this fit Leupold DeltaPoint Pro optics?
Yes. This mount is also compatible with optics utilizing the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint.
