The EGW red dot sight mount for the Ruger SR9, SR40, and SR45 pistol series replaces the factory rear sight and provides a rugged, low-profile mounting platform for optics using the Docter / Vortex / Burris FastFire footprint.
This mount allows shooters to install optics like the Vortex Venom (Open Emitter), Vortex Viper, Burris FastFire, Viridian RFX25, and other compatible micro red dots without permanent slide modification.
Machined from American-sourced 7075 aluminum and finished with a matte black hardcoat anodizing, this optic mount is built for durability while maintaining a lightweight and streamlined setup for carry, range, or defensive use.

Mounting Hardware Included

Installation Notes
- Remove the factory rear sight
- Install the EGW mount into the dovetail from left to right with the muzzle facing forward
- Tighten the set screw if applicable
- Place the optic onto the EGW mount
- Apply blue Loctite to the optic mounting screws
- Torque optic mounting screws to 15 in/lbs
