RMR and Holosun Mount FAQs

Does the Holosun 507C fit an RMR mount?

Yes. The Holosun 507C uses the full-size Trijicon RMR mounting pattern. This also applies to the Holosun 407C, 508T and 507Comp.

Do the Holosun 407K and 507K fit this mount?

No. The 407K and 507K are compact K Series optics. They work with compatible EGW plates in the RMSc/DeltaPoint Pro category.

Do Holosun EPS and EPS Carry optics use the RMR footprint?

No. Holosun EPS and EPS Carry optics work with compatible EGW RMSc/DeltaPoint Pro plates, not standard RMR plates.

Are the Trijicon RMR and RMRcc interchangeable?

No. The RMRcc is narrower and uses a different mounting pattern. It requires a mount specifically designed and listed for the RMRcc.

Does every RMR mount include the same screws?

No. Hardware varies according to the firearm, slide, mount and optic. Check the individual product page for included hardware and installation information.

Will a dovetail mount require slide milling?

A compatible dovetail mount replaces the rear sight and normally does not require permanent optic milling. Dovetail dimensions can vary, so minor fitment may be required.
